From the rules I think we are allowed to go twice or three times in a row but no more, thats the way i understand it anyway.

Based on my perception of the rules, you must wait 15 minutes after the last tug regardless of who posted it. The "o" should be a lot closer to PUSO based on the rules, so someone needs to fix it. Unless I'm a moron and don't get the rules.

I went back through and recounted all the post. I have the "O" six places away from PUSO based on my perception of the rules. ISIP some of your post were too early, thus not counting. Please let me know if I'm wrong, but this is what I got.
